Computer asks to save random excel sheets, Im reluctant to click save

So this has happened a few times lately. My file browser pops up randomly and asks to save a random excel file that I have never seen before. It just happened right now, the file name was "Linn County Solar Research". I have no idea what that means or where Linn County even is. It happened once before, but the file had a different name that I cant remember. I clicked "Cancel" just to be sure on both occasions, but Im still a little spooked. What is this?
