My dad has forgotten the password for his Microsoft account, which is also the password he uses to log in to his Toshiba laptop. The issue is complex because:Account and Device Details:He’s had the same laptop and Microsoft account for over 10 years and has never changed the password.The account is interconnected with his laptop via Microsoft/Outlook.Attempts to Reset Password:He clicked on "Forgot password," but the recovery options are limited.The account is linked to our home landline phone number (used for verification), which cannot receive text messages.
