How to get rid of ''Your organization used Windows Defender Application Control to block this app''???

OK so I have been experiencing for the past few weeks some issues : every time I try to open another browser than Microsoft Edge, it doesn't let me (happened with brave and Firefox). Sadly, I am unable to insert a screenshot of the message that shows up but here is the copy paste : ''Votre organisation a utilisé le Contrôle d,application Windows Defender pour bloquer cette appli''. This translates to ''Your organization used Windows Defender Application Control to block this app''.I have tried several things. For example I followed these steps that someone posted under a question about windows
