Why does my computer say that im in an organization and certain things are blocked by it?

I recently reset my computer and did a full deep wipe of the system due to a RAT (Remote access trojan). I had a ton of accounts stolen from me and the whole 9, anyway when i go into my settings and want to turn on diagnostic data or inking and typing it simply says that its blocked by my organization. any fixes for this? I'm not logged into any work or school accounts, just my personal ones.
