I bought a new laptop in August. I returned to the laptop a few days ago and the system is asking for a Recovery Key.I have typed in the Recovery Key several times. This is NOT working.Now, the system won't allow me to keep or remove files, or complete a system reboot.A brand new computer completely wasted because of Microsoft's system.Clearly, there is no direct mechanism for support. Microsoft expect us to write in forums for community support and receive incorrect or inefficient advice.Meanwhile, I'm losing money because I need my laptop for my private business and I am wasting valuable tim
