Thinkpad Universal USB-C Dock not recognizing 2nd Monitor only when 2 monitors are plugged in (Windows 10) (SOLVED)

As title says, I have a Thinkpad Universal USB-C Dock that has displayed both monitors just fine for the past 2 years. I've recently went on a trip taking my laptop and after returning and plugging in the USB C connection, the dock only recognizes a single monitor.I currently have a monitor connected via Display port and a monitor connected via HDMI port. And only the HDMI port connected monitor is displaying when both monitors are plugged into the dock. If I remove one of cables from the docking station, either monitor will display....meaning if I have the Display port connected only, that
