How to remove my password from the bank's login page.

When I go to my bank's login page, both my login name and password are automatically entered. I would like only the login but NOT the password to display. The Microsoft Wallet seems to only offer to delete the account. What am I missing? For security, I wouldn't mind having to manually enter both if that's my only option. What am I missing?
