I can't find "advanced options"

I can't find advanced options in apps. I'm trying to reset OneNote because it doesn't have stickers (if you can offer advice on how to get stickers available in it that would be great too) and everything online told me to go to apps, select the app I want to reset, and then click on advanced options and select reset, but I don't have advanced options! I follow the steps of apps>installed apps> and search "onenote" which brings up Microsoft OneNote en-us. From there, more options doesn't have any option for reset. I was able to repair it but that didn't fix the primary issue (OneNote does
