I'm trying to help my mother get onto her Dell computer. She is the only user, and has only one login. She does not remember her pin to login to her computer. We tried to click 'I forgot my PIN' which redirects us to her microsoft email account login. This account has been locked, because she has also forgotten her password and tried too many times to enter. She has a locked email, which we cannot access to recover her PIN which she uses to login to her computer. None of these are accessible to us and all she wants is to be able to login to her computer.
