PC shuts off/restarts whenever I'm watching a YouTube video

Hi I've been having an issue where my pc is suddenly turning off when I'm watching a video. I know it's not caused by overheating since my pc is very well fan up. This also was occurring to me previously and then it stopped for about 2 months. Now it's back again, not entirely sure what to do. I did a reboot on the applications that start up when I turn on my pc, did change the driver to an older one too and it's still happening. I'm assuming there's something causing a crash/bluescreen and that's making my pc to restart whenever I watch a video.
