A concern about CPU/ memory issues upgrading to Windows 11

Hi. Can you help me re upgrading to Windows 11 please - I'm nervous about whether it will overload my CPU/ memory. I have a fast computer (HP Dragonfly G3) but in the last 2 months MS Edge/ MS Teams have been taking LARGE amounts (80-100%) of my CPU/ memory. MS have helped to resolve it but it's not great. So, I want to upgrade to Windows 11 but I hear it takes more memory. Yet I wonder if the problems are actually now caused by being on Windows 10. For example, 2 months ago I could have had 40 MS Edge tabs open with no problem at all. Yet, at times MS Edge/ Teams have literally brought my pc
