Why does my PC always BSOD on the home screen within 2 minutes before running anything but it doesn't in safe mode?

My first thought would be that it's a virus or some form of malware etc. but i was having this problem before and so I reinstalled windows and deleted everything. It let me use everything fine after so i thought i had fixed it but the only app I have installed are the Xbox app and then it started crashing again. I am writing this on safe mode and having many tabs open and everything is working perfectly fine except the Xbox app which won't open because I'm in safe mode, I think. I have a cyberpowerpc prebuilt I'm not sure what motherboard.i7 14700frtx 4060ti 8gb850w psu16gb t force ram2tb ssd
