I disabled some services on autoruns . then i realized task manager was unable to open then i tried to run autoruns as administrator i got an Error: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. I am no longer able open most of the applications including "services". I restarted the pc still facing same problem windows 11Please help
