Can someone please help yesterday i was using my laptop Device name LAPTOP-2Q3NF0SI Processor 11th Gen Intel® Core i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz 2.90 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.65 GB usable) Device ID 1499FD8C-0C62-4904-B770-77CAC3086861 Product ID 00356-07355-77898-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Touch support with 10 touch points so because i did not have a laptop charger for 1 week it was down on then so when i finally got the charger i turned it on and it was working well but 2 days after it started to randomly freeze for a split second so i sea
