windows 11 omen 15 bootfreeze, tried everything

Hey guys so I have an hp omen 15 DH-000nx, here are the specs:RTX 2060, I7 9750H, 16GB ram (8gx2) m.2 256gb, 1tb HDD. I was playing a video game and it started to throttle and it just had a stroke and shut off, and after that I tried to turn it on again and it would just load the logo for booting and spin the throbber once and freeze completely, and it wouldn’t turn off unless I hold the power button, but I can intercept the booting process by holding ESC, so I did that, and I tried running The bios component checker, and it showed that one of the ram sticks was faulty, so I took it to a
