windows 11 Internet ridiculously slow and only kind of works after 24H2 update

I updated my Windows version to 24H2 a couple weeks ago (around November 8) and ever since, my internet has been awful.- Sites like Twitch.tv only partially load, if at all. Streams will only play in 360p or it won't work at all. There's a bunch of "failed modules" on the page. I have a screenshot of this. It's ridiculous.- YouTube is slow to load and I can barely play videos in 1080p without stuttering like crazy.- Playing a game like Overwatch 2 lags and I experience extreme packet loss and rubber banding unless I tweak a bunch of settings that reduce the need to communicate with their serv
