How do I connect my Willful T3 earbuds to my laptop's Bluetooth? I've tried adding the device but it won't work.

My earbuds won't connect to my laptop its a windows 11 and I've tried connecting it via the add the device button but it still won't scan the device. I don't have pairing mode on the earbuds because there's no switch to turn it on or off so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
