How come my lock screen notifications will not show on lock screen at all ??

I have done all the troubleshooting steps that Microsoft have gave me even others in this field and it still will not show any notifications of any kind except for the time windows spotlight picture in the background and the box where you put your passcode in that's it it will not show any notifications on the lock screen when I get ready to sign in I don't understand what the problem is can some one help me because I've done everything and it still do not show i've updated software turned on notifications make sure calendar notification was on etc. Ive done everything I can possibly do for tr
