ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on some websites,dissapears after hard reset,but then appears on the same sites

Hi!i would like to get some help with this problemi often get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET on most of sites i use,it's appears on all devices.Nowhever it's dissapears after hard resseting the router,but,after couple of days appears again on the SAME sitesi can acess those sites with vpn thoi use AC2100 by xiaomiwe tried to change the firmware but it's didnt helped,we tried to contact xiaomi support but they just said that it's not their problem,we also contacted internet provider and they said that it's router's problemi'm confused where else to ask,it's just frustrating
