The "OFFLINE" version (dotnetfx35) available to download requires an INTERNET CONNECTION which I do not have and cannot use since the Army unclassified Windows 11 Platform being used is in a Closed Area which can never be connected to the internet due to security restrictions at Aviation/Missile Command (AvMC). Is there a PURE OFFLINE version of the .NET 3.5 Framework installer that requires no internet connection at all and no connection to the internet or being on-the-line or online or connected to the "inter-webs"? Please help :-D
