My laptop is stuck in the sign in page requiring a PIN in which the credentials cannot be verified and it won't allow me to reset it. I've tried all the tips I can read up on and nothing is working. I know my laptop was originally set up with a previous email/login in which I had to get rid of from dealing with an unfortunate scammed so I changed my information. I was just using my laptop the other day and was re-linking my phone to it and now it asks for a PIN in which I know I remember, but it states the credentials are not verified and when I go to set one up it ends with error.
