I have tried to look at many posts both here and on Reddit and nothing has worked. I've had this PC for many years now and to be honest I cannot remember the last time it actually updated. It was a prebuilt I bought from iBuyPower.From another Microsoft forum post here is an output I got in the CMD window:Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19042.985] © Microsoft Corporation.
