My screen goes black with a cursor after login in Windows 11.I can get to the Task Manager and access the cmd line.I was able to fix it once by removing the most recent update (although I dont remember exactly How I did it.I tried to reset through the SHIFT+Restart. That did not work.Maybe if I could go to settings from the command line but the prompts I found like ms-settings: do njot work.I cannot access Start or ExplorerI can sort of get to the explorer through the Browse function in Task Manager/New tasks.This seems to be a common problem after a recent Windows update. What is the fix?Than
