I tried installing an old copy of Photoshop Elements 9 on my new Dell (Windows 11). Once done I was prompted to restart, but I was then unable to reboot and couldn't get past the Dell logo. After several hours of troubleshooting I was able to regain access by reverting to the last repair point. Elements is now there in my apps, but when I try to open it just crashes. When I try and go through the uninstall process I get the message "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed". I've tried running Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, but that doesn't seem to have help
