PC keeps bluescreening and games keep crashing within15 mins

Have had this Pc for 6 years but did a major upgrade way earlier this year. But, in the last 2 days, it has been bluescreening a lot and any game I play, independent, on steam or Xbox crashes within 15 minutes> I also notice during my 15 mins in a game some connection drops as well as whenever Im browsing on the interent or watch videos. I have tried multiple different troubleshooting solutions such as: On CMD run:SFC /scannow – a couple files violated the integrity check but nothing happened after I reran it a couple times afterDism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthverifier.exe – PC re
