Corrupted pc after system recovery failed

I tried a system restore yesterday and I waited like 14 hours and it didn't finish so I stopped it like I seen on the internet and now when I restarted my PC it says the systems restorefailed and my whole pc is corrupted. Can't open file explorer because it gives me a pop up black screen,can't install my nvidia driver on the internet,can't download anything, can't use windows search( I had to use rstrui.exe in Windows+r to open it) and I can't undo the systems restore I did yesterday because it says the disk local disk (C:) has errors and the Options to repair doesn't work. Already tried scann
