Inconsistency with file scanning

SO someone (I know and trust) provided me with a download link for a zip file.Edge refused to download it, saying "Virus detected".Aside from being wrong, after I downloaded the file via FTP instead, I scanned it with Windows Defender, which passed it without any problems.It would be nice if Microsoft Windows own programs could agree on such things!In general though, and not restricted to Edge, that browsers (and email programs - even webmail like gmail) are getting more and more "paranoid" about this, esp with regards zip files.
