Desktop freezes using Windows 11

My desktop freezes periodically. It usually take several minutes to unfreeze. When I open task manager I see that my browser (usually Chrome) is a memory hog. I usually have 10-15 tabs open and memory hovers around 90%. CPU not as high.I'm using a Think Centre M910xHere are some of my specs:Processor Intel® Core i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Do I need more RAM?
