Windows failing to update after forcing 22H2.

Hello,A long time ago my computer has completely without user input downloaded and installed Windows 11, which I did not want nor do now. After downgrading it has continously tried to upgrade every power cycle. Now, i have forced my system throug the registry to remain on version 22H2, which has worked.The issue I now face is that new security updates for windows 10 22H2 have been released, and windows update downloads them. These updates are seemingly so important, that windows will sometimes not let me shut down without attempting to install them, but after 10 minutes of trying it will inevi
