Windows thinks I have two monitors, while I only have one, and makes windows pop-up on the second non-existent monitor.

(English is not my first language and I struggle with it, so I apologize in advance for the mess this could be.)For some reason, my computer believes I have two monitors, when I only have one. It started being an issue when it started a couple of days ago, and I tried everything I could think of to make the second monitor disappear. It was mostly an issue because I use a graphic tablet with a screen to work, and the non-existent monitor created issues with the tablet.I'm not good at explaining, but basically despite checking that the first monitor (the real one) was labelled as 1 and was set a
