There is a family safety option blocking browsers other than edge. it is disabled, however somehow still impacts my laptop though without anyone in the family making a change to the setting and it being turned off on website and app. im not able to access for example firefox even though i should be. the bug has persisted with a different laptop beforehand, changing laptops had me think it to be fixed but now it came up again. enableing and disabling the setting did not help.
