windows 11 Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro Windows Hello Unavailable?

Fingerprint recognition was available as of last month. Suddenly on startup, windows asked to change my PIN from my old 4 digit to a new mandatory 6 digit PIN. After this I noticed the fingerprint option was not there. I looked up Windows Hello and all the options are "unavailable". Samsung and Windows are all up to date. I am not sure what to do?i have checked that the windows biometric service is up and running and the biometric devices is up to date in device manager.also worked on this:1. creating a new local account solved the issue based on feedback from other users in the community.
