Nothing is working on my pc

I've updated my windows 10 to the most recent update and suddenly nothing started work. It started off when i updated my pc and i pressed update then restart. My monitor was black but my pc was still on. I left for work and 10 hours later it still wouldn't restart. So i just turned my pc off and on again. It seemed to work but once I log in the whole screen turns black and all I see is my mouse cursor. The update prior to this caused some issues as well. It would blue screen and say "KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE" The next blue screen said " SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" error: cfosspee
