Bluetooth connected, but audio only plays from monitor

When I connect my headphones to my PC's Bluetooth, my headphones confirm they've been connected. Though, when I go to watch or play music, it plays on my monitor instead of in my headphones. I've tried two different apps to update my drivers, I've tried to revert to old Bluetooth drivers, When I go to (Settings > System > Sound > More Sound Settings) playback settings, my device says 'disconnected'. When I right click to connect it, nothing happens. Furthermore, when I right click, 'Set as default' is faded out and I am unable to set it as default. When I go to sound settings (Setting
