I've installed 2 latest quality updates from Windows update i recieved, I restart my computer but suddenly my Start Menu dosen't work like it's not popping out, Settings app or the Volume controller closes by itself when i open it, When i run any program in administrator, UAC Box dosen't appear after that a error message appears saying that "The specified path does not exist" and i can't pin or unpin any apps from the taskbar using right click. I tried restarting my computer, restarting Windows Explorer, uninstalling the latest quality update, using cmd and running sfc /scannow and using syst
