Hi,I made a question about this saying that my shift keys aren't working a while ago, and it still happens. I tried everything to have both shifts working. By watching video instructions from YouTube on how to fix your shift keys, taking out the shift keys to see if anything is interfering the response of the shift key, deleting the keyboard driver, everything. Nothing has seemed to work. The only way to get it working is to restart or shut down the laptop to have it work again properly or press the ''O'' and ''P'' key to have it work.
