I can't update from 23h2 to 24h2 on windows 11

I tried trough install assistant and windows update but nothing worked correctly and also it gets stuck on nearly everything (especially on zoom) and trough the install media creation tool but gave me an error. I searched the error and it was a driver error. Should I completly reinstall windows ?
