how do i fix "user profile service cannot be loaded"?

so as usuali opened my windows 11 laptop, and suddenly the error "user profile service cannot be loaded" appeared. after loading couple of minutes, i saw all my apps are lost as well as the homescreen turned into default one. i restarted the laptop and it showed me "updates are underway please wait" and it also loaded for couple of minutes.and now its showing me options "continue", "troubleshoot" , "use a device" or "turn off your PC". whih one should i select? please help.
