Select Properties from the menu. On the Shortcut page, enter the following command in the Target box. %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, Note: Make sure you include the comma at the end. Click OK. Double click on the shortcut to check that it opens Windows Explorer to My Computer. Here's a web site that outlines an alternative method of achieving the same goal.
