Unable to view More Settings when printing an image within Photos App using HP Smart

Hello. When I try to print a JPEG image within the Photos App, I use HP Smart App. When I click on "more settings" to modify the print (print quality, colors) the Drop-Down menus disappear - see attached. When I print PDF or text documents - I don't have any problems.If I open the document using Paint or Snip & Sketch and try to print a JPEG image within those apps - there is no problem. If I right-click the unopened JPEG image and select print using the printer - also - no problem - I get to modify my print settings.I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Photos - still the same prob
