Trying to change PIN because I dont remember it

Hello, I have been trying to change my PIN. I had gone to Settings> Accounts> sign in options> forgot my PIN. This is where the problem is. First time, al I got was the blue loading circle. Nothing ever loaded. So I closed it down a few times, to restart it. I finally got the Mircosoft sign in but it disappeared before I could sign in. I did this twice then restarted the computer. I tried it again for it got get past that, let me sign in, tell me its sending me a code to my email only for this box to now disappear. Im over it. I have also checked for updates.Device name DESKTOP-R1DAI3
