Windows 11 update glitch?

My system recently (14-Nov) updated with three updates: 2024-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5045935), 2024-11 .NET 6.0.36 Update for x64 Client (KB5047486), and 2024-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5046633) and I am wondering if there are known glitches with any of these.Since this update, I have noticed how my system will sporadically freeze (or refresh?) for maybe a second or two - maybe 5 to 7 times each minute.
