When I'm gaming, generally when I finish a cinematic, my screen become black and my computer isn't responding. I still can hear the sound of the game in the background, but can't seems to move or press pause (like to know if the game is still responsive). Reset the GPU driver with Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B doesn't work. I looked in my event viewer and can't seems to find anything to help me point out what's the problem.
