Impossible to sign in to Microsoft lately

Ever since copilot my sign in has been no easy task keeps telling me someone is using that email I have two in there I don’t know why but I can’t remember the password according to Microsoft and one email account has 17000 rewards points I was about to use but can’t. I can sign in using my phone number but I will loose all those points is there a way I can delete one of the emails and recover my password for the other this has been a problem for me a long time help me if you can.
