I installed legacy ZoneAlarm in win 11 pro, then downgraded to win 11 home, and now....

Win 11 home ver install will not allow me to install the legacy Zonealarm even using any compatibility mode..... It worked fine in Win 11 pro preinstalled this micro PC. Why is Win 11 home fighting me? I have Win 11 home on 2 other PCs and Zonealarm legacy is working on both.
