windows 10 Errors downloading RE Updates - I've tried everything!

I get continual error (0x80090643) when trying to install KB 5048329 and KB5042320 onto Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.5198. These appear to be related to Windows RE. Windows event log reports"Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200b: 2024-11 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5048239)" I have tried almost every "cure" I can find on google- sfc shows no integrity violations- turn off virus checker and reload- run update troubleshooter- reset update serviceThe only thing that I have not done is to resize my recover
