After the most recent Windows 10 update, HDMI cable suddenly stopped working

My (fairly new) HDMI cable connection from laptop to TV was working perfectly fine until I updated my computer this morning. Since then the video is fine but the audio comes from my computer rather than the TV, like it used to. I've tried resetting both the TV and computer, changing the inputs and outputs, updating/uninstalling/replacing drivers, and nothing works. Is there something I'm missing, or am I just stuck like this?
