windows 11 Mouse not locking to game

I've had a dual monitor set up for years and never had a problem while playing fps or 3rd person shooter games until now. my mouse will not stay in one game it's like my pc doesn't recognize that the game is in Fullscreen anymore and I haven't changed anything but my monitor. I went from a 27inch 1440p x 2560 to a 32inch 1080p x 1920. So, I don't know if anything changed there but I am stuck and have no idea how to figure it out. Also, I use a Logitech pro wireless I have the hub soft wear all set up and works well. but when I go to the device manager it says the mouse driver is from 2006 and
