Strange reinstall of KB5046617

After running Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup in cmd and deleting the Softwaredistribution folder, when I run Windows Update, it starts reinstalling KB5046617 that was already installed. Is this just a problem I'm having?KB5046617 installation was successful, no errors occurred.Windows11 24H2 Build 26100.2314Thank you.
