Unable to use Phone Link to receive notifications on two computers at once

Even though according to Microsoft, it is possible to use phone link on two different computers, in practice it does not seem to work.I just got a new Laptop. After installing Phone Link on the Laptop, I no longer receive notifications on the desktop. When I repair/reset the app on the desktop I the laptop is "disconnected". What am I getting wrong? Despite what it says on the website is it not possible to received notifications (calls, messages) on more than one computer at a time?Now after re-establishing the link with my desktop, I no longer receive notifications on calls from either d
